One small task: Make a short “help would be lovely” list. A meal, a grocery pickup, folding laundry, or company on a walk can be easier for someone to offer when you name it.
One useful resource: 211 is a place to begin looking for community services in your area.
One shopping question: Before adding another item to your list, ask: do we need it now, could we borrow it, or can it wait?
One reminder: Your family gets to have its own pace. A useful next step can be a very small one.
